Kittens
August 4, 2010
Gurdie has had her kittens there are 4 healthy babies, they are all adopted. They will be ready to head to their new homes by August 14th, they now have their first set of vaccinations and a micro-chip.
Gurdie's parents are both Supreme Grand Champions. The father of the kittens is SGC MikaSu Brave Heart (brother of my Joey).
This litter their names will start with an "H" July 30th, Group shot after lots of visitors and playing tonight.

Here they are about 7 weeks old. They are such a joy to hang out with right now, their personalities are really starting to show. Higgins (formerly Hedwig) - Blue boy lilac point, maybe show quality Harley - Green boy lilac point, pet quality Both boys are spoken for, they will be going together to their new home in BC!!
Both girls are spoken for, they will be going together to their new home!!
Harmony - Red girl chocolate point, poss show quality Hazel Nut - Purple girl chocolate point, pet quality
Pictures taken 24 days old. They are now walking/stumbling around quite nicely. If they are awake when I come into the room they will come towards me now.
Green-male lilac

Blue-Male lilac

Purple - Female chocolate

Red - Female chocolate

Group shots with Gurdie. They really are all there.

Here they are 2 weeks old. Purple and red are the girls and blue and green are the boys. As you can see there is very little colour on the ears. With dilutes it takes longer for the colour to become obvious what the kitten will actually be. It can be frustrating at times. The important part is that they are all healthy and doing well. They got their nails cut for the first time today.

Here are the babies 10 days old 2 male and 2 female (I think) and I'm still waiting on the colours. Most of their eyes are open now and they are crawling a fair bit.
If I don't have what you are looking for I might be able to put you in touch with a breeder that does.
My kittens are very special to me. I raise them for three to four months, and come to love them dearly. When I place them in a home, it is more like an adoption of a family member, than just “buying a pet.” All good breeders feel this way. In an effort to make sure I place the right kitten in the right home, I have some questions I like to ask of all potential kitten-buyers. I apologize if some of these questions seem intrusive, but I am dedicated to finding the best possible homes for each of my kittens.
Please give complete answers, and feel free to ramble on – the more information you provide about you, your family, and your lifestyle, the more accurately we can judge whether one of my kittens is right for you.
Please copy and paste the below and email it to me if you are interested in a Birman.
